Time with neighborhood friends

Every second Wednesday of the month a CR neighborhood group "Knit Stitch and Chat" gets together at 10 am till noon. Usually about 20 can sign up. Most don't have more seats then that. December was my turn.

Finger food and hot spiced cider.

Knit and chat. This is going to be a stocking for a grandchild.

Knitting a pair on one magic loop needle at the same time. Got to try that.

In the evening James and I just put our feet up. I did make a few stars.

Friday the 13th.   Hurray for the calendar with the alert on our iPhones. We had signed up for the Glen Allen High School choir concert at noon in our Pavilion. We might have missed it otherwise. And it was so good.

At the concert they had announced that the school's drama club was performing "The Beauty and the Beast" that evening. On a whim James and I went. $8 each you can't go wrong. It was just incredibly and unbelievably good. We so enjoyed ourselves and hope to catch performances like this again. Wow!!!
