Visitors in November

After three quick trips to Nashville it was Helen and William's turn to visit us in Virginia. They arrived on Sunday November 8. They both had time for a long weekend and non-stop Allegiant Air came through for us again.

Oh, what a marvelous time we had. James and I picked them up from the airport and Sarah was with her three waiting at our house. Surprise!

We did all sorts of things but together time for the four cousins was most important. Auntie Helen is a great story reader.

Stella sniffed right away that Helen loves dogs.

Yes, Sarah and her family live in a great neighborhood for walks and bike-rides etc. And they have enough "wheels" in the garage for everybody to be happy.

Ah, Omi was happy.

Helen and I had a moment when we could have lunch at a place she really loves. She treated me at Takara Ramen. It was very nice.

Bittersweet. I was sitting in the back with William on the way to the airport.

Thankful for the time we get with our loved ones. And thankful for the time William gets with his cousins. The four really love each other. Does the heart some good to see it. Sigh.
